Dr. Jing XIAO made her major study in computer science in Toulouse, France. She proceeded with a thesis on the topic ‘‘Uncertainty management in design and development of complex system’’ at Institute National Polytechnique (INP) of Toulouse and obtained her PhD degree in ‘‘Computer Systems’’ in 2009.
Dr. Jing Xiao has 16 years’ R&D experience on functional safety. From 2010 she worked in safety of nuclear power plant for Areva NP in Paris. Since 2012, She joined into Continental and mainly worked on Automotive functional safety for serial product projects. And since 2018 she has worked on safety of AI in advanced technology projects as senior expert safety engineering for AI.
