Claudio Heller received his diploma in physics from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. For his PhD at the Excellence Cluster Universe he analyzed the decay of heavy particles in data collected at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider. He has been working as a development engineer in the department for assisted and Autonomous Driving at Continental AG for five years. As part of the team for perception and environment modeling he has experience in the areas of sensor data fusion, lane estimation, road modeling and deep learning.
