Nikola Velinov is a Senior Business Development Engineer. Within Green Hills Software, he is responsible for technically managing the partner eco-system of solutions around the core products and is leading the technical team for AUTOSAR integrations. Nikola holds a Master's Degree in Software Systems Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University and, before joining Green Hills Software, has worked in different domains including automotive and entertainment, developing embedded software solutions. He has experience with embedded graphics, embedded networking, device drivers, middleware frameworks, and system integration designs.
As Functional Safety Engineer at Volvo Cars Pradeep is involved in hazard analysis, item definition, checking compliance towards ISO26262 standard and developement of the safety case. Previously he worked as Principal Engineer - Electrical Propulsion Systems - at Volvo Cars and as Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions.
Hagen Boehmert received his diploma in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover in 2007 before working within the automotive industry (focus on verification and validation) in Michigan, USA. After his return in 2010 he was employed as safety engineer for series development of chassis components before switching to Continental in 2013 as functional safety manager for automated driving. In 2017 his responsibility increased into systems engineering and in his new role he built up the team and knowhow in Yokohama, Japan. During 2020 he moved back to Germany as the head of safety and security engineering to lead the successful predevelopment within the Advanced Technologies in Frankfurt, Germany.
Marcel Haiber received his diploma in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunication from the University of Applied Science Rhein-Main in 2005 before working within the automotive industry. In 2006, he was employed at Continental as application engineer for sensorics and became Customer Project Manager for Sensorics in 2009. Between 2011 and 2020 he was employed at Continental Engineering Services as Project Manager for Chassis products and led development teams for electronic roll-stabilization, front- and rear wheel steering systems and brake systems, successfully. Since 2020 he is nominated Senior Systems Engineer at Continental Teves, leading development teams for innovative solutions for future mobility in Frankfurt, Germany

Vincenzo Ricciardi received in 2014 the Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Salerno (Italy). He began his research activity on hybrid powertrain simulation with Magneti Marelli (Bologna, Italy) in 2015. He was then employed as Marie Curie Fellow at the TU Ilmenau (Ilmenau, Germany) until 2020, where he received the PhD degree in Automotive Engineering. His research focused on model-based development of vehicle dynamics control functions, real-time HIL verification and field validation. In his current role at Honda R&D Europe (Offenbach, Germany), he oversees the implementation of combined simulation techniques for early verification of automated driving functions.
Jessica Schauer is an automotive sales manager with key account and geographic responsibilities with OEM and Tier 1 customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Jessica works alongside the European technical and business development engineering teams. Before joining Green Hills Software, Jessica studied industrial engineering in Germany, California, Hong Kong, and India.
